Seahorse Dash
Every player has a seahorse in its own lane. Tap A as fast as you can: every tap is a kick, and the kicks fade quickly, so keep tapping. Rows of sea urchins lie across the course. Press B to hop over them, or get stung and lose your speed. First across the line wins.
How to play
- A: kick. Tap, tap, tap: holding the button does nothing.
- B: hop over a sea urchin. Hop a little before you reach it.
- Hopping costs a bit of speed, so hop only when there is something to hop over.
- A race takes about half a minute. Six seconds after the winner finishes, the round ends and everyone is ranked by how far they got.
Why it stays close
- The faster you already swim, the less each kick adds, so the quickest thumbs lead but do not disappear over the horizon.
- Whoever is furthest behind gets a little more out of each kick.
- One missed hop can cost the lead: races are often decided at the last row of urchins.
